Refund policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Booking Deposit ($500)
The $500 booking deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your appointment at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival date.
If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, the deposit is non-refundable to cover clinic reservation fees.

2. Treatment Satisfaction
We offer a "Try-in" session before final cementation. Once you approve the aesthetics and the veneers are cemented, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable.

3. Lifetime Warranty
Your veneers are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against material defects (chipping, breaking). This does not cover damage caused by accidents or trauma.
