Q: Does the procedure hurt?
A: Most patients report little to no discomfort. We use local anesthesia during the preparation phase. Because our veneers are ultra-thin (0.3mm), we only need to remove a tiny amount of enamel, which significantly reduces sensitivity compared to crowns.
Q: How long do E-max® veneers last?

A: In most cases, NO. Citizens of the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and EU countries can utilize China's 144-Hour Visa-Free Transit Policy.
💡 How it works: To qualify, you simply need to fly out to a "Third Region" (like Hong Kong) instead of flying directly back home.
Example Route: USA ➡️ Guangzhou (Stay 5 Days) ➡️ Hong Kong ➡️ USA.
This allows you to enter Guangzhou visa-free for up to 6 days. Our concierge will help review your flight itinerary to ensure you qualify.
Q: Do I need to speak Chinese?
A: Not at all. We provide a Dedicated English-Speaking Concierge who will meet you at the airport and accompany you to every single clinic appointment. Your concierge acts as your personal translator and guide, ensuring 100% clear communication with the medical team at all times.
Q: How long do I need to stay in Guangzhou?
A: The full treatment requires 5 days (Monday to Friday).

💰 Payment & No-Tipping Policy
Q: Are there any hidden fees or tipping?
A: Absolutely ZERO hidden fees and ZERO tipping.
Unlike in the US, tipping is not practiced in China's medical field. The price you see ($5,000) is the final price. You are not expected to tip your driver, concierge, or medical staff. It is strictly prohibited.
Q: Is my $500 deposit refundable?
A: Yes. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival. It locks in your promotional price and secures your hotel booking.
Q: When do I pay the remaining balance?
A: The remaining balance ($4,500) is due upon arrival at our clinic in Guangzhou. You can pay via Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) or Bank Transfer.
